Shipping & Returns
We believe in being fair to our customers when it comes to shipping charges, they are based on the number of items you buy.
We offer two types of shipping:
FAIR SHIPPING - $1.50 per item
FREE SHIPPING - with $75 purchase, after discounts (if any) and before taxes
Both shipping methods fall under Standard Shipping with delivery to you within 2-5 business days.
We now offer Expedited Shipping ($8.00) with delivery to you within 1-3 business days.
We also offer International shipping to all our customers outside of US who would like to shop on our website.
Up to $50 purchase - $20 shipping
Up to $100 purchase - $25 shipping
Up to $150 purchase - $30 shipping
Up to $200 purchase - $35 shipping
Up to $500 purchase - $40 shipping
All of the packages are confirmed with a tracking number and dropped off directly at the shipping carrier with a confirmation receipt.

Because hosiery is a very intimate type of apparel, we can only accept returns of items in new and unopened condition.
You may return your items within 14 days of delivery. Full refund will be issued after the item is received in new and in unopened condition.
Unfortunately, we can only pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e, you received an item not matching your order details). Due to this, shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If your package has been attempted for delivery and is unclaimed, and as a result is sent back to us, we are unable to provide a full refund. Instead, we can only offer store credit for a future purchase from our website. Depending on the size of the package, there may be a handling fee deducted from the total store credit applied to your account. Also, if you paid shipping for the original delivery, the shipping fees are non-refundable.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Gatta Hosiery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered in the order. Upon inquiry with the shipping carrier, Gatta Hosiery will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. Please contact your local Post Office to inquire about whereabouts of your package.
